Paste resin is a product branch of PVC, named for its highly dispersible powder used in paste processing, also often called plasticized paste. It has fine particles and a talc-like texture with no flowability. It offers advantages such as low equipment cost, simple and inexpensive processing molds, ability to form special shapes, easy foaming, few heating cycles, and small-batch multi-variety production. With excellent paste-forming and dispersion performance, it is mainly used in the soft material field of PVC resin, suitable for coating, dipping, spraying, and foaming processes. Our company mainly produces seed emulsion polymerization paste resins P-450 and P-440.
